Choose your chain and personalisation, and we’ll hand-stamp your design onto a tarnish-free aluminium plate. Each chain is made from durable 304 stainless steel, designed to be tarnish-free and made to last.
Just email us your measurements and personalisation, and we’ll create a custom hat chain made uniquely for you.

Return Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused and in their original condition.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

Final sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable goods
Digital downloads or software
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Process
To start a return:
Email us wildlywelded@outlook.com to initiate your return
Wait for return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.
Package the item securely and send it to the provided return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Policy
All orders are carefully packaged by hand and dispatched from the UK.
Processing Times
Custom and personalised items, including cowboy hat chains, may take slightly longer due to their made-to-order nature.
UK Shipping
Orders are sent via Royal Mail, with delivery options available at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are outside of our control once your order has been dispatched.
Personalised & Custom Orders
Personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be altered once production has begun. Please check all measurements, spelling and personalisation details carefully before placing your order. Lead time for personalised orders is 2-3 weeks.
Delays & Lost Parcels
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. If your parcel appears to be delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
If tracking confirms that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members and neighbours before contacting us.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to amend it before your order is dispatched.
